In this pivotal role, you will oversee the collection, organization, and governance of enterprise data assets, ensuring high data quality, security, and compliance. Data Collection & Management Collect, process, and manage a variety of quantitative and qualitative data. Sort, update, and merge data files from a variety of sources. Assist in the development, administration, and collection of surveys, forms, and questionnaires. Conduct monthly data reviews and reconcile data with the Mental Health, Physical Health, and Community Program teams. Reporting & Analysis In partnership with the Executive Director, Director of Operations, and Program Director, create program-specific reports to share externally with Vuela's partners. Respond to and fulfill data requests from programs, senior leadership, funders, and partners, including supporting the Executive Director as needed. Create new dashboards, including quarterly dashboards to support grant reporting and Vuela's programs Problem-solve data issues as they arise. Translate data findings into clear, accessible summaries for non-technical audiences. Systems, Technology & Process Improvement Manage data-related technology platforms, including EZ Texting, QR-code tools, and Smartsheet. Lead process and quality improvement (QI) initiatives for Smartsheet and other data systems, including redesigning workflows and solutions. Troubleshoot and maintain data systems and platforms; serve as the internal point of contact for data-tool issues. Train staff on data entry protocols, tools, and systems. Maintain technology inventory and set up equipment and tools as needed. Qualifications Superior time management and organizational skills. Three (3) years of work experience in the following areas:

• Data visualization and dashboard tools (e.g., Smartsheet).
• Data collection platforms such as EZ Texting, QR-code intake tools, or survey software.
• Developing or improving data collection processes and tools.
• Data-privacy and confidentiality best practices, particularly in health or human-services settings.

Must be fluently bilingual in English and Spanish, including the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages. Able to work a flexible schedule of 30-40 hours per week with occasional evening and weekend hours. Excellent analysis skills with a focus on data quality management and continuous improvement strategies. Strong cross-functional communication skills enabling effective collaboration across departments. Leadership experience in managing teams focused on data collection, analysis, quality assurance, or related functions is highly desirable.

Pay:

$74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
