Early Career Position Overview We are seeking an organized and technically capable Information Governance Analyst to support records management, document control, Point, and information lifecycle initiatives. This role is ideal for an early-career professional who enjoys working with information, systems, and processes and has a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will help maintain organized and accessible information across physical and electronic repositories, support Point content management, assist with records retention activities, and contribute to document migration and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable learning new technologies, working across multiple teams, and taking ownership of detailed administrative and technical tasks. Key Responsibilities Support information governance and records management activities across physical and electronic records. Organize and maintain documents and information within Point and other enterprise repositories. Manage Point document libraries, metadata, permissions, content organization, and document lifecycle activities. Assist with document migration, content cleanup, records retention, and digital transformation projects. Research, triage, and resolve records management and Point-related requests from internal stakeholders. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to information governance processes. Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure information is complete, accurate, properly organized, and compliant with retention requirements. Identify opportunities to improve information organization, accessibility, and workflow efficiency. Partner with IT, Legal, Compliance, and business teams to support effective information lifecycle management. Provide responsive, professional support to internal users and stakeholders. Perform additional information management and document control activities as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of professional experience in records management, document management, information governance, document control, office administration, or a related technical/administrative environment. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Point , including document libraries, content organization, metadata, permissions, or document lifecycle activities. Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications , particularly Point, Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and technology platforms. Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy and organization. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Customer-service mindset with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience with records retention, information lifecycle management, or corporate records programs. Experience supporting Point content administration or governance. Experience with document migration, repository cleanup, or digital transformation projects. Familiarity with document management, records management, or information governance concepts. Experience working with Legal, Compliance, IT, Engineering, Project Management, or other corporate functions. What Success Looks Like In this role, success means helping the organization maintain information that is organized, accessible, accurate, secure, and appropriately retained . You will bring structure to information repositories, provide dependable support to internal stakeholders, and help improve the way information is managed throughout its lifecycle. This is an onsite Monday-Friday contract opportunity in Lakewood, Colorado.
