Your Impact We are looking for a Data Architect who will contribute to the success of our business transformation project, applying their expertise in data architecture and migration to support the achievement of team and company goals and deliver innovative, reliable solutions. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate effectively with colleagues and cross-functional teams, demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, and maintain a commitment to professional excellence, quality and continuous improvement. The Role The Data Architect is responsible for leading the master data management initiative as part of the Nexus Program, focusing mainly on ERP migration and CRM integration. Reporting directly to the Transformation Director, this position develops and implements the data migration plan, handling everything from mapping and cleansing to ETL processes, testing, and cutover activities. Working closely with stakeholders, the architect aims to enhance the PMS data environment while ensuring all solutions are compatible with

system requirements. Job Responsibilities Work with implementation teams to define and execute the data architecture strategy within the program plan Lead roadmap and migration planning, ensuring alignment with project milestones Clarify and enforce accountabilities for PMS and third-party partners throughout all migration phases Establish and communicate data architecture standards and policies with stakeholders Design and maintain scalable, high-performance data pipelines and storage solutions Prepare architecture reports for management and document change management impacts Implement data cleansing and reconciliation strategies, ensuring data integrity and compliance Mentor data quality analysts and define team roles Establish security controls for data migration and execute comprehensive test plans Document migration activities and support continuous improvement Ensure regulatory compliance and provide technical guidance to development teams Define accountability and approval frameworks for all functions involved in data strategy This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. ERP & CRM
(Salesforce) data migration and team supervision Expertise in data platform architecture, engineering, master data management, and modern practices Strong ERP data architecture knowledge of Infor Cloud Suites required Experience with IFS data migrations preferred Experience with Salesforce data structure required Proficiency in database design, big data technologies, and SQL Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this role Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary range: $120,000 - $160,000 depending on experience Our compensation philosophy: we offer competitive pay based on market data, including local, national, and industry benchmarks. For new hires, offers are generally within the established min- to mid-point of the range for the role, with flexibility to recognize experience, skills, and education.
