Job Description Conduct and coordinate the development and completion of resident assessments in accordance with state and federal regulations, facility policies & goals. Develop, implement, and maintain an effective training program for all new and existing staff, contracted staff, and volunteers, consistent with their expected roles and requirements set forth by state and federal regulations.
