Position Summary We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Product Manager to join the Signify Health team and help realize our vision of moving care homeward for all. In this role, you will lead the interoperability strategy and client reporting capabilities for our data platform. You will define the product vision and roadmap for bi-directional data exchange by leveraging healthcare standards such as FHIR and C-CDA to establish connectivity between our internal products and external systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMRs) and Health Information Exchanges (HIEs). Additionally, you will be responsible for developing scalable reporting solutions for our health plan clients. This role requires exceptional collaboration with cross-functional partners, including data engineering, business intelligence, clinical teams, and legal, as well as close engagement with our clients. You will report to the Lead Director, Data Product, within our technology organization. Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years professional experience including 4 or more years specifically in product based roles, with a significant focus on data products or platforms Prior healthcare technology experience Familiarity with healthcare interoperability, standard data exchange formats such as
HL7, FHIR, C-CDA.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with EMR integrations (Epic, Cerner, etc.) AI/ML experience, experience leveraging AI tools for automation (Cursor, Claude Code) Snowflake experience Education Bachelor's degree or relevant equivalent experience Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $83,430.00 - $222,480.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
