Contract to Hire Position Overview The Data Coordinator will provide direct clinical and data management support related to the conduct of clinical trials and the collection and reporting of study-related clinical data for clinical studies within an assigned disease team or area. Using independent judgment and high-level decision-making, this position is responsible for data entry, monitoring visits, and patient scheduling for assigned disease team trials. Key Responsibilities Coordinate patient and study participant care from the recruitment phase through off-treatment and follow-up phases, including scheduling and verifying appointments. Independently and accurately abstract, create, and maintain study participant research records, ensuring all required data is collected, source-verified, and entered into sponsor databases. Assist with monitoring visits and ensure full compliance with study protocols and clinical trial standards. Multitask, maintain strict confidentiality, and manage shifting priorities in a dynamic clinical environment. Maintain professional and effective communication with study sponsor personnel, team members, and clinical staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2 years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Technical Skills:

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to utilize electronic medical databases.

Core Competencies:

Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and impeccable interpersonal and team-collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating, planning, or working in a high-volume, multitask clinical setting. Familiarity with clinical databases and electronic health records systems such as EPIC, Medidata Rave, ONCORE, or Oracle software. Knowledge of federal regulations governing clinical trials, including HIPAA and IRB guidelines. Prior oncology experience and completion of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) training.
