Onsite Position Overview Premier Staffing Source, Inc. is seeking an Information Resource Specialist I to support public-sector information resource programs. This role performs contract audits, conducts site visits, maintains records and spreadsheets, and assists in evaluating program effectiveness. The position also supports research, records management, and public information services while collaborating with internal teams and external agencies. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in r esearch-based public service work . Key Responsibilities Conduct contract audits at least once per year, including on-site visits Evaluate effectiveness of operations in meeting program goals and objectives Make recommendations and assist in implementing new techniques and procedures Strengthen operational controls and improve resource utilization Represent the agency on committees, councils, and interagency meetings Maintain accurate spreadsheets and program records Assist with acquisition, analysis, arrangement, description, and preservation of information resources Provide reference and public programming services Interact with the public and staff of other public-sector organizations Perform related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Applicants must have education, training, or experience demonstrating competence in: Research skills, including systematic study to discover or establish facts Archives, records management, or library services Ability to follow established practices and procedures Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to communicate effectively with the public and government staff Work Environment Works under supervision of a technical superior Assignments are varied but performed within defined procedures Regular interaction with the public and other public-sector jurisdictions Benefits Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance (eligibility after 60 days) 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid Holidays Competitive Pay Stable, Long-Term Assignment About Premier Staffing Source, Inc.
