As a Management Informion Specialist , you will: Manage informion system investments reling to Housing applicions and ensure the compliance of Housing systems with federal informion security and financial management requirements. Provide support to OHP in special studies and plan reling to Housing informion systems and audits, coordining with other Housing offices, the Office of the Chief Informion Officer, the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, and other Housing and Urban Development (HUD) offices and external entities th participe in the management of HUD's systems. Prepare and implement a wide range of plans, assessments and reports which require an in-depth understanding and expert judgment in the management of business applicions. Analyze and apply complex regulory guidance and standards affecting Housing operions and system management and communices rapidly and effectively in writing, in presentions and in other oral communicions to coordine with the other Housing and HUD offices, HUD business partners, and audit and oversight organizions th participe in the management of Housing systems. Provide a full range of project management, leadership, and analytical support needed to address all issues relevant to OHP applicion maintenance and operions and enhancements. Specialized Experience:
For the GS-14 , you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service . Specialized Experience for this position includes: Providing technical advice and guidance on da processing projects and software issues affecting the program office; AND Conducting analysis of systems to determine the nure of system requirements and whether or not new systems or enhancements should be developed; AND Developing and implementing da processing methods and techniques which are utilized in management informion activities. The experience may have been gained in either the public, prive sector or volunteer service . One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prored basis.
