Position Purpose:
The Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate data across various systems and platforms. This role ensures data integrity, supports reporting and analytics efforts, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline data processes and improve data quality.
Major Functional Responsibilities:
Perform data updates to critical systems ensuring data accuracy and completeness Learn, understand and administer credit policies Respond to requests for updated maintenance on accounts Process new customer application Pull credit reports Search for corporate records Process daily reports Process letters for certified mailing Must have outstanding business communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have ability to multi-task Other duties as assigned

Benefits Information Qualifications:
Required Education:
  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
  • Associate's Degree/2-
Year Work Experience:
  • 1 - 3 Years data coordination, data entry, accounting, or a similar role. Data Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Required Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, Outlook and other data management tools.
  • Experience with databases, reporting tools, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications:
Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • SAP knowledge
  • Bilingual, Spanish a plus
