Credentialing Specialis Potomac Management - 5.0 West Palm Beach, FL Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Preferred Qualifications Experience with EPAC, PIV, CAC, HSPD-12, or other federal credentialing systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to safeguard sensitive information. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the assigned area. Ability to pass background checks and obtain required site credentials.
Duties:
Provides onsite EPAC card registration and credentialing support at federal facilities in Key West, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, and Fort Pierce. Verifies applicant identity and supporting documentation in accordance with HSPD-12 and federal security requirements. Captures photographs, biometric information, and enrollment data and enters applicant information into credentialing systems. Issues and updates federal access cards and maintains accurate registration records and audit logs. Troubleshoots enrollment issues and coordinates with site security personnel as needed. Handles personally identifiable information (PII) in accordance with federal privacy and security standards. Delivers professional customer service to federal employees, contractors, and authorized personnel.
