Augusta, GA Job Details Full-time 22 hours ago Qualifications Bachelor's degree Full Job Description MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Architect/Scientist to join our team in Augusta, GA This is an onsite position. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Uses large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action; uses a variety of data mining/data analysis methods, uses a variety of data tools, builds and implements models, uses/creates algorithms, and creates/runs simulations. Drives operational results with data-based insights; works with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams; works with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions; develops custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets. Uses predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes; develops testing framework and is responsible for testing model quality; coordinates with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. Develop processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy; prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by analyzing and interpreting data; trains assistants and other members of the team on properly organizing and reading collected data; designs computer code using various languages to improve and update software and applications. Refers to previous instances and findings to determine the ideal method for gathering data; supervises and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff; provide subject matter expertise support for the cloud application and system. Provide on-site support as requested by Government for the cloud application and system; provide support for the cloud application and system testing, fielding, and training; Assist Government with data ingestion into the cloud application and system data repositories; format data with compatible formats and metadata tagging; provide cloud application and system enhancements as required by Government. Ensure system stability support for the cloud application and system; provide hardware support for the cloud application and system; provide cloud application and system exercise coordination support; provide oversight of the cloud application and system operational entity databases.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of related experience in systems engineering or related technical discipline Experience with Data Exploration, Data Cleaning, Data Visualization or Data Mining etc.

DoD TS/SCI Physical Requirements:
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally, you may need to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
