We're currently hiring for a Data and Payroll Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients in Rincon, GA! Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Data and Payroll Coordinator to join our team. This role involves managing data integrity and supporting payroll operations, which are crucial to our business's smooth functioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for data management, report generation, and collaborating with various teams to enhance data workflows. Responsibilities Clean, validate, and maintain data from multiple sources. Ensure data integrity across platforms and maintain databases. Generate reports and dashboards to support business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data workflows. Identify and resolve data discrepancies and inconsistencies. Assist with processing bi-weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and garnishments. Prepare and submit reports and assist with audits as needed. Process new hires, terminations, and pay adjustments in the payroll system. Essential Skills Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables. Strong computer skills and data management experience. 3+ years of experience in full cycle data entry and/or payroll processing. Knowledge of ERP platforms and/or payroll systems such as ADP, Paycom, or similar. Understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
