Manage information systems, hardware, software, cybersecurity, and data repositories supporting Air Force civil engineering operations at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam. Develop cost estimates and programming documentation for infrastructure projects, oversee system access and compliance, maintain inventories, and coordinate with mission partners. Onsite work requires a CAC and a favorable Tier 1/NACI-SF85 investigation. Responsibilities Develop defensible cost estimates and programming documentation for SRM and MILCON projects. Administer CES information systems, user accounts, permissions, hardware, software, and troubleshooting coordination. Install and troubleshoot Nex Gen IT, BUILDER, PAVER, and other applications and systems. Manage computer and software lifecycles, including replacement-cost analysis, acquisition documentation, and inventories. Oversee information-systems security and industrial control systems information assurance, including access, configurations, vulnerability reporting, and compliance. Coordinate project information with mission partners and maintain internal SharePoint repositories.
