Data Architect / MDM

A highly respected, global professional services organization is expanding its data and analytics platform and is seeking a Senior Data Architect to lead enterprise wide data modeling and information architecture efforts. This full-time role is based in Chicago and focuses on designing how data is structured, related, and governed across a modern cloud based data ecosystem. This is a rare opportunity for a true data architecture leader; someone who enjoys defining standards, shaping semantic meaning, and creating durable models that guide engineering and analytics teams. The organization is moving from ad-hoc data development toward a scalable, domain-driven architecture, and this role will sit at the center of that transformation. Rather than building pipelines or writing code, this role owns the blueprint: defining core entities, relationships, metadata, and governance across dozens of business domains. You'll partner directly with technical leadership and business stakeholders to bring clarity and structure to a highly complex data landscape. The impact is immediate, visible, and long-lasting.
