Salary:

We're looking for an Entry-Level Data Processing Specialist to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and looking to gain valuable experience. You'll play an important role in keeping information accurate and organized while working alongside a team that values collaboration, learning, and growth. What You'll Do:
Accurately enter and maintain customer, order, and product information within an ERP system. Review purchase orders and source documents to verify part numbers, quantities, pricing, and other order details. Prepare customer specifications and project documentation for engineering, accounting, and quality teams. Coordinate with engineering to ensure project requests are completed and submitted to customers for review and approval. Process CRM updates and monitor sales team entries to ensure information is complete and accurate. Communicate order confirmations and relevant updates to customers through email. Collaborate with sales and internal departments to ensure orders and project information move efficiently through the business.
Qualifications:
Associate degree required; business, accounting, or a related field preferred. Typing speed of 55+ WPM with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Strong math skills with the ability to accurately work with quantities, pricing, and numerical information. Comfortable working with computer systems and learning ERP/CRM software.
