Job Summary
Leads strategic business development and revenue growth initiatives focused on commercializing Walgreens' healthcare data assets and analytics capabilities. Identifies and develops partnerships with healthcare organizations and industry stakeholders, creating data-driven solutions that deliver client value and drive new revenue opportunities. Collaborates across Pharmacy, Analytics, Product, and Commercial teams to bring innovative offerings to market, negotiate strategic agreements, and advance data monetization strategies. Additionally, provides actionable insights that support business decision-making, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Job Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of RWE/PRR/Insight Product distribution to biopharma clients to support sales pipeline targets
Interacts frequently with client business and technical points-of-contact to organize project plans and mobilize the master client onboarding operating model to ensure a successful experience.
Supports quarterly senior leadership planning sessions and plays a key role in assessing business performance and risks heading into each client engagement. Establish a sound relationship with Commercial team members to articulate operational model details for Insight/RWE product proposal responses. Exemplifies operational know-how to secure client confidence early in addressing and swiftly resolving critical implementation issues.
Establishes a reputation to serve as the primary go-to subject matter expert for product operations and implementations for Walgreens commercial teams.
Frequently communicates to manage internal and client expectations around product onboarding timelines and new user support needs.
Demonstrable experience in complex project management concepts, executive stakeholder management, problem resolution techniques with a focus on product deployment excellence.
Effective communicator to orchestrate client needs with product capabilities to support decision making across pre- and post-implementation phases to generate the best client success outcomes.
Working alongside client points-of-contact, uncover new growth opportunities and collaborate with Biopharma product teams to establish a future release roadmap to prioritize and mobilize on new product expansion opportunities.
Develop operational excellence measurement systems with corresponding core KPIs to provide business unit and account-level performance views to biopharma leadership members.
A proven biopharma subject matter expert and team leader of direct or matrixed reports, initiatives, and cross functional team members.
Drives maturation of the client onboarding process for Biopharma projects and products particularly in data and insight services and RWE services.
Responsible for ensuring billable and sales target goals remain on schedule and delivery risks are escalated through proper channels promptly.
Mentors and develops execution staff through training, development opportunities, and performance management processes in alignment with Walgreens 4C values.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience Proficiency in product execution, project management, biopharma RWE/commercial operations, implementing data/analytics applications to external audiences, partnership formation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and client success strategies or High School/GED and at least 11 years of experience Proficiency in product execution, project management, biopharma RWE/commercial operations, implementing data/analytics applications to external audiences, partnership formation, process mapping, stakeholder management, and client success strategies.
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, including the executive level.
Expert understanding of biopharma R D and Drug Commercialization lifecycles with experience working with large biopharma clients and CROs.
Experience developing strategic initiatives which align with business goals and budget.
Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience leading cross-functional teams in a direct reports arrangement and/or matrix organization
Experience interacting and influencing others at the executive level.
Experience creating opportunities and leading initiatives that impact ROI and/or an organization's profitability
At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.
Willing to travel up to 25% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree OR MBA
Lean Six Sigma trained and tested
Project Management Certification (PMP, PgMP, CAPM) with practical application experience utilizing Agile methodologies

Salary Range:
$150000 - $275000 / Salaried
