No sponsorship / no C2C / no H1B Must-Have Skills / Requirements Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field ( required ) 7+ years of professional experience in Data / Analytics roles Need someone who is 60% Business and 40% Data expert. 3+ years supporting ERP-related data products for Marketing, Finance, HR, and/or Legal . Demonstrated, measurable experience improving business KPIs through analytics/data solutions Hands-on experience with: Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects OR SAP Analytics Strong ability to translate business needs into data solutions and communicate value to non-technical stakeholders #Tech
