$66.15-$94.50 Per H Description Seeking a Senior Program Manager for large-scale data transformation initiatives. Based in Schaumburg, IL, this contract position involves leading complex data programs, ensuring business accountability, and managing cross-functional teams. Required experience includes enterprise data initiatives and proficiency in generic technology platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead enterprise data programs from planning to delivery. Drive accountability among data-owning business stakeholders. Manage complex initiatives with cross-functional teams. Establish governance structures and processes for success. Facilitate executive decision-making and align cross-functional teams. Qualifications Proven experience leading complex data programs. Experience driving accountability among business stakeholders. Background in data management, governance, or migration projects. Experience managing teams of 20-25 resources and budgets of $3M-$5M. Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
