Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Quality Manager to assist the Chief Operations Officer with oversight of Workforce Development programs and serve as the contact for the Regional Coordinator in reporting. Assist program monitoring and policy compliance, prepare and analyze data reports, assist in project implementation and establish new processes and policies. Serve as Master User for Region 4 data. Serve as Local EO officer for the Workforce Board. Serve as the Master User for Region 4 : Serve as the expert on data system Policies and Procedures Implement new grants the region is awarded and establish all processes/procedures. Review and respond to all questions and clarifications regarding data system issues within 48 hours of the request Monitor data system input monthly via random sampling from generated reports Review all Department of Labor and Department of Workforce Development polices/guidance and to assess relevance, impact and importance of policies/guidance to the Region's current processes and provide recommendation for implementation and/or impact if such Conduct Performance Monitoring and provide monthly performance report •Responsible for quarterly text distribution to participants in follow-up and distribution of survey responses to WorkOne staff. Conduct monthly desktop monitoring to evaluate the timeliness and quality of documentation, services, and case notes Conduct annual monitoring of participant files in ICC Analyze monitoring and performance data to identify trends and areas needed for improvement. •Participate in external meetings and conferences Assist COO and serve as Regional Operator point of contact for workforce programs Performance and Common Measure Information and validation . Assist in project implementation and establishing new processes Review Region 4 local guidelines/policies against DOL/DWD policies, Workforce Programs and Common Measures to ensure policies are up to date and/or changed in accordance with State and Federal Policy Oversee validation of Workforce Programs and Common Measures data and provide formal report to Chief Operations Officer Maintain closed and archived participant files in accordance with policy Proficiency of the performance measurements and definitions. Serve as Local Equal Opportunity Officer for Region 4 Develop procedures for/and handling complaints of discrimination Monitoring activities with Region for EO compliance Providing documented assurances of EO compliance Performs other duties as assigned
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Four years of work experience in Quality Assurance systems such as training, compliance monitoring, data analysis, and quality assurance plan development. Excellent Reading, Writing, and Oral Communication. Strong presentation skills. Ease speaking in front of small and large audiences desired. Regular attendance and punctuality are essential. Experience working with diverse populations in a culturally sensitive manner. Must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent interpersonal skills, flexible and collaborative. Well-organized, able to self-manage a diversity of responsibilities and meet deadlines. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Must have strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and discretion.
Computer Skills:
