•We are seeking an experienced SQL Developer with expertise in the Microsoft SQL Server stack to design, optimize, and maintain our database and reporting systems. The ideal candidate will have strong T-SQL experience, excellent critical thinking skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across all departments. The role requires hands-on experience writing advanced SQL stored procedures, designing standardized SSRS reports, and the ability to learn low-code ERP programs. Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain complex T-SQL code including stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers using SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS). Collaborate on and implement indexing strategies (clustered, non-clustered, and filtered indexes). Analyze execution plans and refactor slow-running queries to minimize user wait times. Build, monitor, and troubleshoot ETL pipelines and data integration workflows from flat files or databases using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services). Participate in logical and physical database design, ensuring proper normalization, data integrity, and scalability. Diagnose and resolve data errors from shipping/receiving operations and provide analysis or troubleshooting for SSRS/Excel/Magic reports. Update or refactor existing stored procedures/views/functions/reports with standardized formatting and more recent SQL Server functionality Partner with other business intelligence analysts and web developers to support ERP updates, website upgrades, and SQL Server maintenance Requirements Minimum 5+ years of experience using T-SQL. Proficiency in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and Integration Services (SSIS). Familiarity with relational databases and ACID principles Understanding of Githuband AzureDevOps branching methodology. Strong attention to detail and critical thinking with excellent troubleshooting skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities in team environment. Minimum bachelor's degree related field - computer science, management information systems, etc.
