Job Description

Company Overview Help children and families heal from abuse through accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of client services for the Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center. The Western Kansas Child Advocacy Center is committed to providing a safe, nurturing environment where healing begins and hope is restored. Job Summary We are seeking an individual with strong attention to detail and initiative to support both data reporting and case coordination efforts. This position exists to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and reporting of client services. Additionally, coordinating and leading Multidisciplinary Team meetings in collaboration with partner agencies. Responsibilities Data Management & Reporting MDT Coordination & Facilitation Qualifications Experience in data entry, data management, or program reporting Familiarity with grant reporting or outcome measurement Experience or willingness to learn to facilitate meetings Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment Knowledge or experience in child welfare preferred. Valid drivers license Required Skills Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively about data collection Comfort working with numbers, statistics, and data interpretation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general data management systems Excellent organizational and time management skills
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
