Full Job Description Responsibilities:

The Coordinator, Property Administration supports all real estate functions for Norton Healthcare, including planning, acquisition, administration, budgeting, property management and divestment. This position supports Director of Property Administration, Director of Engineering, and System and Director of Properties.

Qualifications:

Required:

Three years in real estate, data management (data analytics, statistical analysis, prescriptive analytics, data reporting), computer science, accounting, finance or related field.

Bachelor's Degree Desired:

Five years in real estate, data management (data analytics, statistical analysis, prescriptive analytics, data reporting), computer science, accounting, finance or related field. Master's Degree (Real Estate, Data Analytics, Math, Computer Science Accounting, Information Systems) CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), Database Management, Programming, Data Visualization
