Duties and Responsibilities:

Enrollment Process Oversight:
Manage and monitor the end-to-end enrollment process to ensure adult education students progress from inquiry to enrollment and start in an efficient and structured manner.
Student Data Management:
Oversee the accuracy, integrity, and maintenance of student data within Salesforce and other applicable systems.
Testing & Assessment Coordination:
Track and manage all TABE pre•and post-testing processes, ensuring proper scheduling, documentation, and alignment with program requirements.
Systems & Process Management:
Maintain consistent procedures for data entry, tracking, and reporting across programs to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.

Accuracy & Accountability:
Ensure high levels of data accuracy and accountability in all reporting and system management functions. Exercises discretion with sensitive data. Demonstrates working knowledge of systems, platforms, and software. Adapts to new tools, programs or software implemented within the college and the department.
Compliance & Integrity:
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and grant reporting requirements, including proper documentation of student outcomes and testing. Maintains complete, current and well-organized records.
Responsiveness:
Provide timely and reliable data support to program teams, leadership, and stakeholders. Advise leadership on trends and outcomes that may positively or negatively impact the program's outcomes. Manages workload effectively. Escalates issues with proposed solutions. Communicates professionally to relevant internal and external stakeholders.
Institutional Support:

Performance Monitoring:
Track and monitor key performance indicators, including measurable skill gains (MSGs), transitions, retention, and completion rates, ensuring alignment with divisional goals.
Reporting & Analytics:
Provide clear, actionable performance insights through program data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Program Support:
Work collaboratively with the continuing education pathway manager and instructional teams to identify opportunities relevant data sets that illustrate the success and positive impact of the continuing education model.
Team Relations:

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with program teams, instructors, and student services to ensure alignment between enrollment, attendance data tracking, and student progression.
Training & Support:
Provide guidance and support to staff on data entry, system usage, and performance tracking expectations.
Student Retention Coordination:
Oversee and support retention-related activities by identifying at-risk students and ensuring timely follow-up and intervention.
Leadership:

Performance-Driven Culture:
Promote a culture of accountability and performance by ensuring visibility into key metrics and outcomes.
Team Lead:
Supervise the enrollment and retention coordinators' and all testing staff work locations, assignments and activity.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify trends and recommend process improvements to strengthen enrollment, attendance, retention, data collection and completion outcomes.
Data-Informed Decision Making:
Support leadership with accurate and timely data to guide strategic and operational decisions.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Public Administration, Education, Workforce Development, Data Analytics, or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in data management, enrollment operations, student services, or workforce/continuing education programs Experience working with student information systems or CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar) Demonstrated experience tracking and managing program performance metrics (enrollment, retention, completion, or similar) Experience coordinating testing, assessments, or compliance-related processes (e.g., TABE or similar standardized assessments) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple processes simultaneously.
Required Licenses or Certifications :
Valid, unencumbered driver's license
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in education, public administration, higher education leadership, or related field. Experience working within community college systems and Adult Education grant environments. Strong knowledge of strategic enrollment management.
