Number of Positions In Requisition 1 Job Details Under the direction of the Residency Program Director and Program Administrative Manager, is responsible for the verification of resident data, assisting with curriculum development, and facilitating the development of physician teaching skills. Job Description Essential Functions Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson. Responsible for oversight of resident and faculty administrative responsibilities and reporting data to residency program leadership. Assists with managing surgery resident rotations and evaluations. Identifies opportunities for physician development in teaching skills. Performs other duties as assigned.
