Job Description

Overview LABUR is partnering with a client to identify a Senior Technical Data Architect who will drive enterprise integration, data readiness, analytics, and AI-enablement initiatives. This is a hands-on technical role focused on designing and implementing scalable integration and data solutions across Commercial, R D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Corporate functions within a life sciences environment. Responsibilities Evaluate current-state integrations, data architecture, and data management capabilities; assess technologies and recommend future-state solutions and sustainable operating models. Design and implement enterprise integrations between business applications, data platforms, and analytics environments. Build and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, lakehouses, semantic layers, and reusable data products, including scalable ingestion, transformation, and orchestration pipelines. Establish data governance, master data management (MDM), metadata, lineage, and data quality frameworks. Enable trusted, governed data for reporting, dashboards, self-service analytics, and AI use cases. Connect data across SAP, Veeva, Salesforce, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial systems. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into technical architectures and implementation roadmaps, providing hands-on delivery, best-practice guidance, and knowledge transfer. Qualifications 12+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise integrations, data architecture, analytics, and data platform delivery. Excellent expertise with enterprise integration technologies, particularly Informatica IDMC and PowerCenter Proven experience with Databricks, Snowflake, SAP HANA, data lakes, data warehouses, and lakehouse architectures. Proven success integrating enterprise applications including SAP, Veeva CRM, Salesforce, Veeva PromoMats, and Veeva Medical Communications across commercial, R D, manufacturing, supply chain, and corporate data domains. Track record of implementing data governance, MDM, data quality, security, privacy, and compliance controls, as well as AI-ready data foundations and self-service reporting environments. Life sciences, healthcare, pharma, or biotech industry experience. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and engage both technical and business audiences. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. Compensation $100-$110/hr - Dependent on fit and experience.
