Job Description
About You:
3-5 years of leadership experience managingvendors,engineeringor integration teams. Hands-onexpertisewith modern integration solutions (e.g.,Workato,OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi, Azure, etc.). Strong understanding of API management, REST/SOAP services, event-driven architecture, and cloud-based integrations. Proventrack recorddelivering complex integration projects across enterprise applications. Solid understanding of security, authentication, and data governance frameworks. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Bio-techand commercial launch experience Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or equivalent experience. Certification in integration platforms or cloud providers (Oracle, AWS, Azure, GCP). 10+ years of experience in IT integrations, middleware, or enterprise architecture. 3-5 years of leadership experience managingvendors,engineeringor integration teams. The base salary for this position is expected to range between $175,500.00 - $214,500.00 USD per year. The salary offered is determined based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant education and training, overall related experience, specialized, rare or in-demand skill sets, internal comparators and other business needs. Upon joining Intellia, your salary will be reviewed periodically and additional factors such as time in role and performance will be considered. Intellia may change the published salary range based on company and market factors. Additional compensation includes a performance-based annual cash bonus, a new hire equity grant, and eligibility to be considered for annual equity awards the value of which are determined annually at the Company's discretion.
