About The RolePeraton seeks a Cyber Operations Data Steward to support
DCDC/USCYBERCOM
with Caspian and Joint Cyber Runtime Stack-Data (JCRS-D) integration efforts and ensure full DAO compliance across specific data management functions.Location:
Fort Meade, MD.- Perform data preparation, transformation, and quality assurance
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and interoperability.
- Conduct exploratory and diagnostic analyses to reveal trends, correlations, and anomalies relevant to cyber defense operations.
- Develop and maintain autonomous and interactive visualizations that enable commanders, analysts, and operators to understand risk, readiness, and mission impact.
- Establish governance frameworks to align platform usage with organizational policies and ensure all datasets and tools comply with cybersecurity standards and legal regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD. Will consider Associate +10 years or HS +12 years of experience
- Experience with data quality tools and methods
- Knowledge of data profiling and validation
- SQL and data analysis skills
- Understanding of metadata management
- Attention to detail
- U.S.Citizenship required
- DoD TS with ability to obtain/maintain SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Data Steward (CDS) or other data quality certification
- Familiarity with Data Stewardship Body of Knowledge (DSBOK)
- 8 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Management or a related field Details
