Job Description

Job Summary:
The Engineering Data Coordinator will lead engineering change management and document control across our North American operations. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The expected outcomes of this role are to deliver on time cost-effective changes, analyze engineering data, and ensure all documentation meets internal and external customer requirements. Responsibilities Leads Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for all engineering data that affects customer, supplier, and internal changes. Tracks ECR progress and communicates updates to stakeholders. Ensures accurate part setup in Plex, including routings, BOM's and part weights. Conducts feasibility assessments and communicates deliverables and deadlines. Supports projects through: maintaining trackers, training teams, and preparing project leaders for gate reviews. Oversees document control through: uploading files, naming standards, managing permissions, and tracking approvals. Maintains documentation control system (DCS) to IATF/VDA and customer-specific requirements. Analyzes engineering data through: an asset utilization schedule, asset productivity matrix (OEE) for internal benchmarking and costing, capacity analysis for all assets in production and service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Technology or Business (preferred) Experience documentation standards and workflows (required) Project leadership, presentation and cross-functional coordination skills (preferred) Familiarity with financial processes (costing, quoting, purchase orders (preferred) Ability to use Plex or similar ERP systems, ability to use Excel, capable in PowerPoint (required) About Constellium ASNA - Automotive Structures North AmericaConstellium Automotive Structures North America is a business unit of Constellium.
