Bachelor degree and 4 years' experience in Network Development or Data management OR 8 years' experience in Network Development or Data management which includes data analysis and report creation. Supervisory or leadership experience. Organizational and decision- making skills. Knowledge of provider recruitment. Experience balancing multiple priorities while meeting commitments for quality and delivery at agreed upon schedules. Detail oriented. Report creation experience, the ability to interpret, and take action on trend reporting Time management skills. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Problem solving skills. PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Lotus Notes.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience with PowerPoint, Visio, Project, or SNAG. Conflict resolution skills. (Dental)
