Position Overview:
We are seeking a Consultant Solutions Administrator to support the Consulting Data Analytics team by administering and enhancing data systems that enable accurate contract and client data management, strong data governance, and reliable reporting and analytics. Principal Duties and Responsibilities /
Essential Functions:
Implement and maintain data governance procedures for contract, client, and broker data records. Monitor and validate contract data entry and updates for accuracy and compliance. Design, configure, and update data systems and modules to align with evolving business requirements. Develop custom functions and automations to streamline repetitive tasks. Collaborate cross-functionally to enforce data lifecycle policies and support ongoing process improvements. Develop and maintain audit trails for client and broker changes. Conduct quality assurance (QA) and testing before deployment to ensure system reliability and compliance. Support reporting and analytics for business performance and compliance metrics. Minimum Requirements for
Education, Experience, and Certifications/Licenses:
High School Diploma required. Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of relevant industry experience required.

Basic Communication Skills:
Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
Business Requirements:
Ability to refine and document business requirements to meet business goals
Data Systems & Governance:
Understanding of data systems concepts and data governance frameworks, including controlled data change processes, auditability, and system administration fundamentals.
Automation & Scripting:
Ability to develop or maintain custom functions/automations to streamline repetitive tasks and improve data quality.
People Skills:
Ability to foster positive working relationships. Use of a communication style that enhances high levels of engagement.
Perseverance:
Ability to follow-through, meet deadlines, and strive to exceed goals.
Critical Thinking Skills:
Ability to look beyond the obvious, probe and provoke thoughts on alternative solutions.
Technology Skills:
Ability to use or learn the technology needed to perform the role, including enterprise data systems and the Microsoft suite of applications (Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Resiliency:
Flexibility to embrace continuous change and remain positive in times of uncertainty or stress.
Basic Math Skills:
Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts such as percentages, adding, subtracting, multiplying, and division.
Ethics & Integrity:
Ability to comply with company confidentiality requirements as well as with HIPAA and other applicable government regulations.

The base salary range for this position is $64,000.00 - $86,000.00. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives. NFP and You... Better Together!
