Acting as a key operational anchor within our data management team, you will keep order and shipment documentation aligned with real-time financial activity in our ERP system. You will oversee daily invoicing workflows, handle standard reconciliations, and serve as an essential resource for onboarding new associates and keeping internal procedures running smoothly.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the daily invoicing queue — assign, track, and follow up on open items. Process routine invoicing, credit memos, and re-issues in the ERP. Reconcile straightforward invoice-to-order-to-shipment cases; escalate exceptions to Specialists. Maintain organized records and simple performance reports (volume, turnaround, error rate). Support monthly close activities with routine reports. Onboard Associates and answer routine procedural questions.
Education and Requirements:
Associate or BA in Business Administration, Trade, Logistics or similar preferred 1-3 years of administrative experience General computer proficiency General understanding of ERP systems Comfort with numerical accuracy and daily close routines Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Proficiency in English and Korean (Reading, Writing, Verbal) Prior experience in an ERP system preferred Prior billing / AR / AP / clerical experience Basic accounting knowledge (debits/credits, AR aging)
