Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Proven leadership in S/4HANA Greenfield data migration programs
- Deep expertise in core SAP data objects (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance, BOM)
- End-to-end knowledge of data lifecycle (Extract → Cleanse → Transform → Load → Validate)
- Strong hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Migration Cockpit, BODS)
- Expertise in SAP MDG and data governance frameworks
- Strong experience in data quality management (profiling, cleansing, deduplication)
- Ability to define enterprise data strategy and harmonization approach
- Understanding of data architecture and integration models
- Exposure to analytics, dashboards, and data quality monitoring tools Roles & Responsibilities
- Define and own enterprise data strategy for S/4 transformation
- Drive data governance framework (ownership, workflows, quality rules)
- Lead end-to-end data migration execution across all phases
- Manage data object scoping, mapping, and transformation design
- Oversee data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation cycles
- Drive mock loads, SIT/UAT readiness, and production data readiness
- Ensure alignment with global template and fit-to-standard approach
- Collaborate with functional, integration, and architecture teams
- Own cutover data strategy and execution for go-live
- Provide program-level reporting on data readiness, risks, and quality KPIs Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Ability to lead large global data migration and MDG teams
- Strong experience managing onsite-offshore delivery models
- Expertise in cross-functional coordination (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing)
- Strong stakeholder management with business SMEs and leadership
- Ability to enforce data ownership and accountability across regions
- Experience in governance and decision-making for data standards
- Strong risk management for data quality and migration challenges
- Capability to drive structured execution under SAFe / Agile frameworks
- Strong communication skills for executive reporting and workshops
- Ability to mentor and scale teams across multiple releases/waves
Base Salary Range :
$170,000 to $225,000 Per Annum TCS Employee Be nefits
