Hackensack, NJ

•First 90 days onsite. After 90 days hybrid schedule 3x a week on-site

Requirements :

At least 1 year of experience Data/Research experience Bachelors Degree - Health science preferred Pervious exposure to medical terminology Prior experience with Google Sheet or similar spreadsheet experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Detail orientated with strong organizational and analytical skills Plusses Previous lab experience

Job Description :

Insight Global is looking for a Data Coordinator for our Cancer Research client in Hackensack, NJ. The role is responsible for accurate and timely entry of clinical research data from EMR systems into EDC platforms, ensuring data quality, protocol compliance, and prompt resolution of queries. Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining laboratory kits, processing and shipping human specimens according to study protocols and regulatory requirements, and supporting all phases of monitoring visits, including site initiation, routine monitoring, and close‑out. The position works closely with investigators, research staff, sponsors, and CROs to support study conduct, maintain documentation, and ensure adherence to Good Clinical Practice and institutional policies.

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
