ReadWest Adult Literacy Center is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering adults through literacy. We support adults in improving their reading, writing, and English language skills, helping them gain confidence and reach their goals. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Data Coordinator to join our team in Rio Rancho.

Position Overview:

The Data Coordinator is responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining accurate program and learner data to support program evaluation, reporting, and student success. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the effectiveness and accountability of ReadWest's literacy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and manage confidential learner, tutor, program data and adhere to privacy policies Monitor data for accuracy and completeness; follow up as needed Assist with intakes/assessments, generating reports for internal and external use Support general office operations during shift hours and attend all special events
