Position:
Agency is seeking a Senior Architect to work with staff for the purpose of analyzing, developing, and testing for all aspects of the NYS DMV data migration modernization initiative. The DMV Transformation program is a multi-phase, multi-year program, which includes multi phases of modernization projects. Provide a list of the day to day tasks to be performed by the
Selected Candidate:
The candidate will analyze, design/functional specifications which adhere to IT standards and policies. Migrate data to appropriate repositories. Participate in requirement gathering and design discussions. Speak directly with senior IT SMEs to elicit requirements. Responsible for developing ETL processes for the migration of NYS DMV legacy data. Work in a team environment, as well as independently. Comply with data standards and policies. Initiate training to learn new technologies and methodologies that demonstrate value. Assist with Quality Assurance testing.
