We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Data Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing, optimizing, and maintaining our data infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will help drive data-driven decision-making and improve our collection processes through innovative data management and analysis techniques. Manage and oversee the organization's data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across various platforms. Develop and maintain data, integrating data from multiple sources. Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate efficient data flow and reporting. Utilize SQL, Python, Java, and Bash scripting to automate data workflows and troubleshoot issues promptly. Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies to refine data strategies and support business needs. Reconcile, set up, barcode and scan. Assist with Data Entry, filing and document management. Monthly client data reporting. Strong knowledge of SQL for querying and managing large datasets efficiently. Proficiency in Python, Java, Bash (Unix shell scripting), and ETL development for automation purposes. Knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau for creating compelling reports and dashboards. Understanding of database design principles, linked data concepts, and data warehouse architecture. Exposure to machine learning techniques and analysis skills to extract actionable insights from complex datasets. Ability to work within an Agile environment while demonstrating excellent attention to detail in database management.
