Description Director of Data Culture and Insights (2026-62) Overview The American Arbitration Association (AAA) is seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Data Culture and Insights to help drive the organization's transformation into a truly data-driven enterprise. This role will lead initiatives that elevate data literacy, expand access to actionable insights, and embed data-informed decision-making across the organization. Working collaboratively with teams across Data, AI, Operations, Marketing, and business leadership, the Director will champion data culture through storytelling, training, change management, and strategic enablement initiatives that empower employees to confidently leverage data in their daily work. Work Environment This position offers a hybrid or remote work arrangement; candidates must reside at a U.S. location within 125 miles of their assigned location.   • $114,000 This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based incentive.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, data science, technology, or a related discipline; or an equivalent combination of education and experience 5-10 years of progressive experience in data analytics, business strategy, organizational transformation, or related fields Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization Experience advancing data culture, data literacy, and digital transformation initiatives preferred Experience designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or enablement strategies preferred Familiarity with data governance, metadata management, and data quality standards preferred Knowledge of AI and machine learning concepts and their application to business workflows preferred Strong analytical thinking, collaboration, strategic planning, and change management skills Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable business insights About Us The American Arbitration Association (AAA), recognized among The NonProfit Times' 50 Best Nonprofits to Work For, offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where excellence meets opportunity.
