Job Description
Head Start Training & Data Coordinator Head Start is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative individual to coordinate staff training and data systems that drive positive outcomes for children and empower families toward long-term success. As Training & Data Coordinator, you will:
Complete data entry and run reports for management, as needed
Complete all documentation and reports required for program compliance and measurement of performance targets
Coordinate onboarding activities and schedules
Plan and coordinate staff training to meet regulatory and funding source requirements
Develop and maintain tracking system for staff training documentation and staff qualifications and certifications
Lead coordination and scheduling of annual pre-service training and ensure budget feasibility
This position is located at our main office in Oneonta, is a year-round position.
