Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
Responsibilities:
As a graduate school of education, the Warner School is accountable to a number of accrediting bodies to demonstrate and maintain high quality program experiences for our students in line with professional standards (e.g., AAQEP, CACREP, Middle States). With oversight from the Administrator for Graduate Studies and working closely with faculty, the person in this position manages the administrative aspects of accreditation, assessment, and reporting for Warner. Additionally, the person in this position supports the submission of program applications to
NYSED. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Support all Warner program accreditation activities (including site visits, data collection and storage) for relevant school-based professional standards, including: Collaboration with program directors and faculty to design, implement, revise, and store relevant data, assessments, and rubrics. Administration of stakeholder surveys for accreditation purposes, including collection and maintenance of Warner alumni employment data. Coordination of site visit logistics including schedule, rooms, staffing, technology, etc. Compile reports and summary data related to Warner program accreditation and assessment of relevant school-based professional standards and disseminate results to stakeholders, including: Collaboration with faculty to determine reporting needs. Providing summaries of relevant data and information. Collaborating with University Office of Data and Institutional Research to prepare data reports and troubleshoot issues. Compile reports and summary data related to University accreditation and assessment activities. In consultation with the
Director of Graduate Studies:
Report data related to accreditation and alumni data for the Warner School Annual Report for the University. Provide support for internal or external reporting related to academic programs (e.g., USNWR) Provide data from Warner related to the University's Middle States Accreditation, or other relevant accreditation. Contribute to the review and submission of program proposal applications to UR and/or NYSED. Manage Warner Program requirements, documentation, and communication with stakeholders; keep program lists current by coordinating with Warner and university stakeholders Other duties as assigned related to assessment, accreditation, and academic programs
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree highly desirable, or equivalent experiences required 3 years administrative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong communication, collaborative, decision making and problem solving skills are essential. Requires strong ability to multi-task and confidence in project management. Strong attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Blackboard and Outlook, and other software as required.
