Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Define and maintain end to end BI architecture, including Data ingestion, Data warehouses data lakes, Semantic layers Reporting visualization platforms Design scalable, high performance BI solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards Select appropriate tools and platforms based on business needs. Define semantic layers for consistent business metrics, KPIs, and hierarchies Ensure data models support self service BI and advanced analytics Collaborate with Data Engineers to design ETL frameworks, Batch and near realtime pipelines Define standards for data ingestion from ERP (SAP, Oracle) CRM Manufacturing systems, External data sources. BI Platform Tools Ownership. Architect and govern BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Define reporting standards, dashboard templates, and visualization best practices Ensure performance optimization, availability, and scalability of BI platforms. Establish data governance standards including Data ownership, Metadata management, Master reference data usage Ensure data quality, lineage, and auditability Business Engagement Requirements Translation - Engage business stakeholders to understand Decision making needs, KPIs and reporting requirements Translate business questions into technical BI solutions Conduct workshops to define metrics, dashboards, and analytics use cases. Performance Optimization - Monitor BI system performance and usage, Optimize queries, models, and dashboards for speed and scalability Reduce report duplication and improve data reuse across teams. Support integration with Advanced analytics Data science and AIML platforms Enable predictive and prescriptive analytics use cases to drive adoption of modern BI capabilities (self service, embedded analytics)

Required Technical Skills:

Base Salary Range :

$120,000 to $160,000
