Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is assisting to build a new global Product Management function focused on developing scalable, non-hardware offerings that can be deployed across regions. This team will create and standardize service offerings—including procedures, service agreements, and go-to-market frameworks—that enable regional teams to execute effectively and consistently worldwide. We are hiring multiple Global Product Managers to help design, develop, and scale these offerings across a highly collaborative, global organization. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities
  •  Develop and manage global service-based product offerings (non-physical), including: o Service procedures and frameworks o Commercial models and service agreements o Go-to-market strategy and enablement materials
  •  Partner closely with regional teams to ensure offerings are practical, scalable, and aligned to market needs
  •  Identify and drive best practice sharing across regions, improving consistency and operational excellence
  •  Own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from problem identification through solution development and implementation
  •  Work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative team environment across multiple time zones
  •  Translate business challenges into actionable, structured solutions with measurable outcomes
  •  Continuously refine offerings based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving market demands ________________________________________ Product Focus Areas

IT Services/White Space Services Salary:

  •  Proven experience in Product Management, preferably within services, infrastructure, or data center environments
  •  Demonstrated ability to own and deliver solutions independently—from concept through execution (A to Z ownership)
  •  Strong track record of measurable accomplishments (candidates must clearly articulate business problems, actions taken, and outcomes achieved)
  •  Experience working in team-based, highly collaborative environments
  •  Ability to operate effectively in a global role across multiple time zones
  •  Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, results-driven mindset
  •  Experience in data center operations, critical infrastructure, or related environments
  •  Exposure to service-based product development (vs. hardware products)
  •  Experience working across global organizations or supporting multiple regions
