This is a market-facing, high-impact leadership position with direct accountability for growing the AIEE offering, owning senior client relationships, and shaping the go-to-market strategy that positions Accenture as the defining voice on enterprise reinvention in the age of AI. You will own and cultivate C-suite relationships with the world's most influential business leaders — becoming the trusted thought partner that CEOs and board members call before they call anyone else. You will personally lead high-stakes immersive experiences, anchor strategic ambition in specific interventions that impact value levers across industry value chains, and translate aspirations into actionable reinvention roadmaps that mobilize enterprise-wide transformation. You will carry direct revenue accountability, originating and closing large-scale, cross-functional deals that demonstrate the full power of Accenture's Reinvention Services. Beyond client delivery, you will play a foundational role in building and scaling the AIEE offering itself — shaping its strategic direction, defining its market positioning, developing its assets and capabilities, and growing the team of professionals who bring it to life. This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial leader who combines the gravitas of a trusted CEO advisor with the builder's instinct to create something new at scale — someone who can define a market category and win in it. What Sets This Role Apart This is not a traditional consulting leadership role. You will be building a market — helping define how the world's largest organizations understand and act on the most consequential business question of this era: how to reinvent the enterprise for the age of AI. You will have significant latitude to shape AIEE's go-to-market strategy, influence Accenture's broader reinvention narrative, and architect the offering's growth trajectory. You will operate at the intersection of Accenture's most powerful capabilities with a mandate to turn vision into revenue and impact. If you are energized by building at scale, motivated by entrepreneurial delivery, and driven to leave a mark on how global enterprises compete in an AI-redefined economy, this role was designed for you. The job duties are as follows: Build and sustain Accenture's most strategic client relationships at the CEO and board level — becoming the trusted advisor that senior leaders rely on for reinventing their enterprises for the Age of AI. Personally lead high-stakes executive workshops, immersive briefings, and reinvention experiences with C-suite audiences that make the future AI-enabled enterprise tangible and catalyze enterprise-wide transformation commitments. Distinguish your delivery contribution as selective and high-impact — elevating thinking, challenging assumptions, and materially strengthening outcomes at critical moments such as problem framing, key points of view, and executive narratives. Drive the AIEE go-to-market strategy — defining market positioning, shaping the offering roadmap, identifying whitespace opportunities, and ensuring AIEE's value proposition remains differentiated and commercially compelling across industries. Originate, shape, and close large-scale, integrated, cross-functional, AI-first deals that drive enterprise-wide reinvention — cracking the most complex transformation challenges by building ironclad business cases and delivering insights that inspire confident, decisive action, with direct accountability for revenue targets and pipeline growth. Co-develop client-validated, industry-led reinvention narratives in partnership with Global Industry Leaders that deliver authoritative perspectives on how AI will fundamentally reshape industries and drive enterprise-wide transformation. Lead the strategic development and operationalization of Reinvention.ai assets and tooling — including AI-powered diagnostics, benchmarking platforms, and value modeling capabilities — to accelerate client journeys and scale AIEE's market impact. Lead the "Reinvention Office" on flagship engagements — setting strategic direction for large-scale AI-centered enterprise transformations, ensuring value assurance, and maintaining direct lines of communication with CEOs and CxOs throughout the engagement lifecycle. Build and scale the AIEE offering — investing in new capabilities, assets, thought leadership, and talent to grow the practice from the ground up while contributing to the broader Reinvention Services community across Accenture globally. Define the intellectual frontier of the AIEE practice — lead the creation of breakthrough thought leadership, represent Accenture at premier industry forums, and help shape the public narrative on enterprise reinvention in the age of AI. Build, lead, and inspire high-performing multidisciplinary teams, setting the standard for excellence, actively sponsoring and developing the next generation of senior strategists, and playing a direct role in recruitment and performance management across the AIEE practice. ________________________________________
