Job Description

SAP Master Data Coordinator Our client is seeking an SAP Master Data Coordinator to support the accuracy, consistency, and ongoing improvement of critical business data across a global organization. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who brings strong SAP master data experience, understands manufacturing environments, and enjoys collaborating across international teams to improve data quality and business processes. This role is on-site in McMinnville, Oregon, with limited travel. SAP Master Data Coordinator Responsibilities Maintain, enter, review, and validate master data within SAP and related systems, ensuring customer, vendor, product, and manufacturing information remains accurate and current. Monitor data quality, investigate discrepancies, and partner with business stakeholders to identify root causes and resolve master data issues. Support manufacturing-related master data, including bills of materials (BOMs), routings, products, plants, and other information essential to supply chain and operational processes. Lead and contribute to master data projects involving new products, facilities, distribution channels, system enhancements, and other business initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to improve master data processes, support system migrations, and strengthen data governance practices. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve data integrity, and establish more efficient and scalable master data processes. Utilize Excel and other analytical tools to review, reconcile, organize, and report on large sets of business data. SAP Master Data Coordinator Qualifications 3-5 years of experience working with SAP master data, either in an internal business environment or SAP consulting capacity. Demonstrated experience supporting master data within a manufacturing environment, including hands-on knowledge of BOMs and routings. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including XLOOKUP, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis. Experience working with customer, vendor, product, material, or other enterprise master data. Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach to data and problem-solving. Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders across business functions, locations, and international teams. Experience with Mendix or similar business applications is preferred. Previous experience within food manufacturing or a related industry is a plus.
