Aprio Advisory Group, LLC is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Manager, Information Assurance Services to join their dynamic team. The Manager, Information Assurance Services helps to lead client delivery relationships across various practice areas includingSOC 1, SOC
2, HITRUST, PCI-DSS, andISO 27001.
This individual would ensure high quality delivery for client engagements; manage client relationships; manage client staffing and delivery; help to grow the IAS practice; and assist in recruiting and hiring. This individual would be helping to lead and develop talent to continue to support the IAS practice's rapid growth of over 30% per annum. Strong project management skills are a must.Responsibilities:
Leveraging industry and technical expertise to assist management effectively identify risks and controls associated with Aprio's clients' businesses. Managing the client including all phases of client delivery such as planning, delivery, staffing, relationships, quality, staff development, issue management, reporting, etc. Coaching and staff development. Assisting with business development. Performing a variety of services for clients, including but not limited to:SOC 1, SOC 2, SOC
3, HIPAA and HITECH Compliance, HITRUST, GDPR Consulting, Privacy Shield Certification, CCPA Consulting, , PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, etc. Approximately 30% travel time required. Leading internal initiatives as necessary.Qualifications:
A relevant certification (CPA, CISA, CRISC, CIPP, CISSP, CISM, PCIDSS -QSA, ISO 27001
Lead Auditor, etc.) or a willingness to obtain a certification. Public Accounting (5+ years) or equivalent experience including consulting and/or auditing experience. Strong communication skills; verbal and written, with the ability to produce excellent written reports and audit documentation. Propensity to learn and self-develop. Commitment to exceptional client service and creative problem-solving ability with a consultancy mindset. Flexible, self-starter with the ability to interact with various levels of a client and firm management. Ability to lead engagement teams, review work papers and testing, and manage client relationships. Ability to train and develop team members. Ability and desire to assist with sales and the growth of the practice. Ability to project manage including managing multiple delivery teams and clients at the same time. Strong role model who creates a positive work environment for the team. 5 or more years of experience in IT auditing and consulting. The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
