The Merchandising Systems and Tools Manager is responsible for delivering speed through data quality and readiness through data automation, tool enhancements, and systems to support NAM product merchandising. It is the responsibility of the Systems Manager to have a thorough understanding of the digital tools, business processes, and how to leverage and enhance the systems to meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:
Leadership of the business intelligence (reporting and data) platform for the new global platform Analyze data product needs for the North America Market merchandisers. Support platform users and lead the evolution of data products to serve North America Market users Advocate for NAM's requirements to be delivered with global platforms. Implement a structured change management approach to support the education of individuals and teams to deliver a holistic understanding of the new tools and the product-led organization. Ensure a smooth transition and roll-out of solutions. Communication to the project leaders and stakeholders at key milestones to ensure teams are mobilized and informed. Lead or be part of all projects that have a merchandising data impact or could benefit from merchandising data input. Standardize and educate on how systems and product data should be used, including guiding users toward self-service approaches for their data needs.Key Relationships:
