Master Data Management Supervisor Opportunity in Malvern, PA Join our dynamic team in Malvern, PA, where you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing master data elements across multiple systems. As a key player, you will ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of data, enabling efficient material planning, production, and financial processes. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain master data elements in sIDMa, SAP/ECC, and OMP.
Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies for change requests.
Perform technical assessments and initiate system changes.
Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
Develop and adjust master data work instructions.
Provide hands-on training and guidance to new data analysts.
Participate in initiatives to improve master data processes.
Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations.
Collaborate with departments such as Planning, Operations, and Quality Assurance.
Requirements
Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
Strong experience in the healthcare or FMCG industry.
Proficiency in data processing systems, especially SAP.
Knowledge of production and lab processes and GxP requirements.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferences
Experience with sIDMa and OMP systems.
