Job Description

Data Coordinator and Office Liaison Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Coordinator and Office Liaison to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's office management experience in a face-paced environment. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls from staff and clients Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner Schedule meetings and conferences; assist with presentations and track attendance Prepare and maintain detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports Track staffing schedules, assignments, and coverage needs; communicate updates to clients as needed Perform data entry and maintain accurate personnel and client records Assist with onboarding documentation and provide general administrative support Organize and maintain office files and confidential documents Support day-to-day office operations and assist with general clerical tasks The management, maintenance, and functionality of all office equipment, including computers, printers, copiers, and phones. Troubleshoot basic technical and connectivity issues Maintain inventory of office equipment and supplies Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of three (3) years of office experience in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment At least one (1) year of experience in a healthcare-related field or customer service setting Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled work hours Proven experience in office management, administration, or a related role Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (required); knowledge of PowerPoint and Publisher (preferred) Basic knowledge of computer connectivity, including setting up and troubleshooting internet, Wi-Fi, and networked devices Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information Ability to lift to 25 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, and climbing stairs Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation

FBI Fingerprints Child Abuse Clearance PA Criminal Background Check Work Environment Professional office setting (business casual attire) Collaborative team environment Availability to assist with occasional events after hours and attend a weekend conference yearly is required. Transportation - the applicant must have reliable transportation. Please note that access via public transportation is limited in this area. $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
