Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication in English and other languages as needed. Verify client identities, process data entry tasks accurately, and update customer information within banking systems using Microsoft Office tools. Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction issues, and requests related to financial products while ensuring compliance with banking regulations and fraud prevention protocols. Detect potential fraudulent activity by analyzing account behaviors and collaborating with security teams to prevent financial crimes. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, transaction logs, and incident reports to support audit trails and regulatory requirements. Support sales initiatives by promoting relevant financial products or services aligned with client needs and industry standards. Collaborate effectively with team members across call centers or client service departments to resolve complex issues swiftly and efficiently. Qualifications Proven experience in client services within banking or financial services environments, including call center experience preferred. Strong knowledge of financial regulations, banking compliance standards, and fraud detection techniques. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client bases. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; technical proficiency in banking software is a plus. Demonstrated data entry accuracy with fast typing skills; attention to detail is essential for maintaining precise records. Analytical thinking skills to assess customer issues quickly and identify potential risks or fraud indicators. Industry knowledge of financial sales strategies, customer communication best practices, and regulatory requirements related to banking operations.
