Job Description

The Data & Outcomes Coordinator is responsible for managing the integrity, quality, and application of organizational data to support program improvement, strategic decision-making, grant compliance, donor stewardship, and outcome measurement. This position serves as the primary administrator of the Club's member management and data systems, including Salesforce/MyClubHub, while coordinating internal and external reporting processes. The Coordinator ensures that membership, program participation, outcomes, and organizational performance data are accurate, accessible, and meaningful. This role provides ongoing support and training to staff, oversees outcome measurement initiatives, manages reporting requirements, and helps foster a culture of data-informed decision-making throughout the organization Essential Responsibilities Database and Systems Management Lead the day-to-day administration and maintenance of MyClubHub (Salesforce), including: User account creation and deactivation Data quality monitoring and duplicate record management Troubleshooting system issues Data entry oversight and quality assurance Manage online registration systems and parent portal functionality. Serve as the primary point of contact for database support requests from staff and families. Maintain database backup procedures and support data imports and exports using Salesforce tools and integrations. Outcomes Measurement and Program Evaluation Coordinate all organizational outcome tracking efforts, including: National Youth Outcomes Initiative (NYOI) BGCA reporting requirements Strategic plan metrics Grant-funded initiatives Program quality assessments and evaluations Ensure the collection of reliable and valid data that supports program evaluation and continuous quality improvement. Conduct data audits and quality control reviews to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. Monitor outcome measurement timelines and ensure timely completion of surveys, assessments, and reporting requirements. Reporting and Data Analysis Generate routine reports, dashboards, and data extracts for leadership, staff, funders, and community stakeholders. Support grant reporting and compliance requirements through accurate data collection, validation, and submission. Analyze trends and identify opportunities for program improvement and operational efficiency. • Conduct research and special projects related to Club outcomes, participation trends, and organizational performance• Partner with leadership, external evaluators, and community partners to strengthen the organization's evaluation and learning practices
QUALIFICATIONS
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in data analytics, information systems, business administration, nonprofit management, social sciences, education, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Minimum two years of experience in data management, database administration, program evaluation, reporting, or related field. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Salesforce, MyClubHub, or similar CRM/member management systems. Experience in nonprofit organizations, youth development programs, education, or human services. Experience with survey administration, program evaluation, and outcome measurement. Experience working with grant-funded programs and reporting requirements. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

$21.00 - $27.00 per hour
