This role is Hybrid in Plano, TX (3 days per week) Local Profiles Only- In person interview required Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Architect with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Databricks SQL, Database and SQL, Data analysis, Tableau Cloud, Tableau, IoT
- Power BI, and Experience Design Power BI. This role involves designing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and support decision-making processes. Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data architectures that leverage Databricks SQL and other database technologies to support business objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of data models and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Provide expert analysis of complex datasets using advanced data analysis tools to generate actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau Cloud and Tableau to visualize data trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IoT data into Power BI, enhancing data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Lead the design and implementation of Power BI solutions that align with business needs and enhance user experience.
- Ensure data solutions are scalable, secure, and optimized for performance in a hybrid work environment.
- Conduct regular reviews of data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company's data solutions remain cutting-edge.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
- Contribute to the development of data governance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Drive the adoption of best practices in data management and analytics across the organization.
